Using Mobile Check Deposit

First time login – After you have downloaded Heritage Community Credit Union's Mobile App you must log in and choose [Accept] the disclosure and agreement.

  1. Start by clicking on the [Deposit Checks] option.
  2. Agree and accept the [Terms and Conditions].
  3. Use the ["To" account] dropdown to choose the deposit account.
  4. Click [Enter an amount] to enter the deposit amount for the check.
  5. To begin taking pictures of the check, select [Front of check] to activate the camera on your smartphone.
  6. Follow the instructions to line up the check correctly, then select the device's [Camera icon] to take a photo of the front of the check.
  7. After clicking, return to the Check Deposit menu to see a small image of the front of the check. Now select [Back of check].
  8. Then follow the same steps to line up and photograph the back of the check.
  9. Return to the Check Deposit menu to see images of both the front and back of the check. You may now click [Deposit check] to deposit the check to your selected account.
  10. When you have received the "Success" screen, you may choose to have the confirmation number and deposit overview sent to your email.

Text Banking

Accessing your HCCU account information has never been easier with Text Banking! With just a few easy keystrokes on your mobile phone, you can check your account balances, recent transactions, and transfer funds. Just like with a regular text message, the information is returned to you within seconds for quick and easy access on the go!

To Get Started

To start using Text Banking on your mobile phone, you will need to be enabled for eHCCU online banking access. To be enabled for online access, please call our Contact Center at 916.364.1700 or 800.233.6328.

If you are already enrolled in eHCCU online banking, log into eHCCU online banking and click on "Mobile Banking & Alerts". Click on the "activate" button to enroll a mobile phone number and follow the directions provided.
