Common Questions
As a community credit union, do your Kasasa checking accounts offer features equivalent to larger financial institutions? Yes! Our checking accounts are equipped with must-have innovative features like online banking, bill pay, eStatements, mobile banking and mobile deposit, person-to-person transfers via Zelle, and more. Unlike many large financial institutions, you have access to these services for free.
How can your Kasasa checking account compete with national financial institutions in terms of availability? As part of the CO-OP network, members with our checking accounts have access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. That’s more access than most of the largest banks. Additionally, with all of our HCCU Kasasa accounts, you can receive up to $25/month in refunds on ATM withdrawal fees nationwide.4
Are there requirements to earn rewards? To earn your rewards, you simply need to make at least 12 debit card purchases per month and log into online or mobile banking.
