Heritage Community Credit Union offers a variety of other services to our members including Priority Line - Telephone Account Access, wire transfers, and safe deposit boxes at our Folsom Branch location.
Priority Line - Telephone Account Access
With HCCU's Priority Line, you can access your credit union accounts from home, office - even at the shopping mall! Priority Line lets you perform a variety of financial transactions, which eliminates unnecessary trips to the credit union. With the touch of your telephone, you can:
- Request current HCCU account balances
- Find out your current loan balances and make loan payments
- Transfer money between your HCCU savings accounts and checking accounts
- Determine which checks have cleared
- Plus much more!

Wire Transfer
Members who need to send money fast can take advantage of Heritage's wire transfer service. Transfers are made from one financial institution to another through a direct electronic link with the Federal Reserve. Funds are wired from your HCCU account to another financial institution or any Western Union office. The funds are then disbursed as directed. As an added benefit, HCCU can also receive wire transfers to member accounts.
To obtain a Wire Transfer form, please contact our Call Center at 916.364.1700 or 800.233.6328. Once filled out, bring the form to any branch location or fax it to 916.364.3749.
Traveler's Cheques
Heritage Community Credit Union offers Traveler's Cheques backed by American Express at all locations.
Availability of specific cheque packs are based on inventory on hand. Higher denominations may be requested by special order.
Safe Deposit Boxes (Folsom Branch)
A variety of sizes and prices are available at the Folsom location. NCUA does not insure safe deposit boxes.
